Celia is a co-founder partner of Black Pearl and the “long-view”, strategic thinker who leads the company into new realms and opportunities as its president. She overseas all administrative and financial aspects of the company while also handling new business and project development. Celia is also a well-established sculptor and stone carver who has exhibited her work throughout New England.
